These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Vexora Services ("Vexora", "we", "us"). By creating an account or booking a ride, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and be legally able to enter a contract.
2. Accounts
- Customers register with full name, phone number, and email. You may log in with your email and password.
- Drivers must additionally submit licence and vehicle details and pass our verification before going online.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your credentials confidential.
3. The Service
Vexora is a technology platform that connects independent drivers with riders. We are not a transportation carrier; the driver is the service provider for each trip.
4. Bookings & Fares
- Fares are calculated by distance band, in Nigerian Naira (₦), and shown before you confirm a booking.
- Surge or promotional pricing may apply and will be disclosed before booking.
- Payment is by Opay bank transfer only. Upload your receipt in-app; rides are held until an admin verifies the transfer.

6. User Responsibilities
- Behave respectfully. No violence, harassment, weapons, illegal substances, or unsafe behaviour.
- Wear a seat belt. Children must be in appropriate restraints.
- Do not damage vehicles. You are liable for cleaning and repair costs caused by you.
7. Driver Responsibilities
- Maintain valid licence, insurance, and roadworthy certification.
- Drive safely and follow all traffic laws.
- Treat riders with respect and complete trips as booked.
8. Safety
The in-app SOS button shares your live location and ride details with your emergency contact and our team. Always call local emergency services in a genuine emergency.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, place users at risk, or commit fraud. You may close your account at any time.
10. Intellectual Property
Vexora's name, logo, and software are owned by Vexora Services. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or commercially redistribute them.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vexora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the related trip.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delta State, Nigeria.
